Our Position

Why is responsible gaming important?

At Tdajee, we firmly believe that online gaming should be one part of your life's enjoyment — not the center of it. Responsible gaming means knowing your limits, staying within your budget, and treating gaming as a healthy form of entertainment.

Online gaming is growing fast in Bangladesh. At Tdajee, the mental well-being and financial safety of every player come first. Our responsible gaming policy isn't just a formality — it's the foundation behind every decision we make.

If you feel gaming is having a negative impact on your daily life, family, or finances — that's an important signal. Tdajee has several tools and support options ready to help you through that moment.

Remember: winning or losing in gaming is entirely down to chance. Never play with borrowed money or funds you can't afford to lose.

Tdajee's responsible gaming program is built on three core pillars: prevention, detection, and support. We want every player to game mindfully and feel empowered to seek help when needed.

Tdajee's Core Principles

Gaming should be a source of fun. We never encourage players to go beyond their limits.

1
Know Yourself

Be honest with yourself about your gaming habits. Regularly track how much time and money you are spending.

2
Set Limits

Set a weekly budget and time limit in advance. Once you hit that limit, stop.

3
Take a Break

You don't need to play every day. Regular breaks keep gaming enjoyable.

4
Get Help

If you feel you need help, contact Tdajee support or use the self-exclusion feature.

Protection Tools

Tdajee's Responsible Gaming Tools

Tdajee provides five powerful tools to keep your gaming experience safe.

Setting Deposit Limits

Set limits on your daily, weekly, or monthly deposits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and can only be changed with 7 days' notice.

Session Time Limit

Set a maximum session time for each gaming session. When the time is up, Tdajee will automatically alert you and recommend taking a break.

Reality Check

At set intervals, Tdajee will show you a pop-up message summarizing how long you've been playing and how much you've won or lost. It's a reality check to keep you grounded.

Cooling-Off Period

If you feel like you need a break, you can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. During this period, you will not be able to play or make deposits.

Self-Exclusion

For long-term support, your account can be permanently closed for 6 months or longer. This period cannot be shortened or cancelled — it is in place for your protection.

24/7 Assistance

You can contact Tdajee's responsible gaming team at any time. Our trained team will support you without judgment.

Healthy Gaming

Traits of a Responsible Player

Being a healthy gamer means practicing these habits consistently.

  • You see gaming as entertainment, not as a source of income.
  • Never spend beyond a pre-set budget.
  • You prioritize time with family and friends over gaming.
  • You can accept losses calmly without feeling distressed.
  • You openly share your gaming activity with family.
  • You take regular breaks and make time for other hobbies and activities.
  • You play for fun — not to win.

How to Use

How to Use the Protection Tools

Deposit & Loss Limits

Go to the "Responsible Gaming" section in your account settings. From there, you can set separate daily, weekly, and monthly deposit and loss limits. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; increasing one requires a 7-day waiting period.

Session Timer & Break Alerts

You can set a maximum session duration from your settings. Once the time is up, Tdajee will automatically display a reminder alert. You can then choose to end the session or consciously decide to continue.

Cooling-Off & Temporary Suspension

If you feel like you need a break, you can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days through your account settings. During this period, logging in, playing, and making deposits will not be possible.

Permanent Self-Exclusion

For long-term support, contact our support team to permanently close your account for 6 months or more. This decision cannot be reversed — it exists for your maximum protection.
